About Me
My name is Natalie. I have been a therapist for four years and have had the pleasure of supporting many clients in finding a healthy, happiness-based life. You are more than welcome to book a free 30-minute chat via Zoom. We can use this time to talk through what has brought you to therapy and decide together whether my approach is right for you. I am a very friendly, non-judgemental therapist who believes there is no challenge we cannot overcome.

I began working with Natalie after a very difficult period in my life, whilst recovering from a critical illness. I was struggling to support my parents, who were in poor health, balancing full-time work with being a mum to teenagers, and coping with the knock-on effect it was having on my relationship with my husband. My confidence and self-esteem were at an all-time low, and anxiety was affecting me both at work and in social situations. Natalie understood my situation straight away and helped me unravel how experiences from my past were impacting me in the present. She put in a great deal of work, going above and beyond the scheduled sessions, to help me understand what was happening and to give me the tools and consistent support I needed to begin rebuilding my self-worth. She is highly knowledgeable in her field, yet constantly strives to learn more and share this with her clients. She also has the intuition to know when to push me harder and when to step back and simply offer support. I honestly don’t know how I would have made it through the most difficult period of my life without her.
