About Me
My name is Natalie, I have been a therapist now for four years and I have had the pleasure in supporting many clients find their healthy, happiness based life. You are more than welcome to book a free 30-minute chat via Zoom. We use this time to talk through what has brought you to therapy and we can decide if my therapy is right for you. I am a very friendly, non-judgemental therapist who believes that there is no challenge we cannot overcome.
Sometimes life can be traumatic and as a trauma-informed coach I am here to help you heal.
I hold my sessions online at an agreed time. The sessions are 50 minutes long and we will initially meet weekly.
We can use platforms such as Zoom or Skype to do our online sessions. Or if you prefer we can use WhatsApp video or telephone calls.
Why should you work with me? I offer a free out of hours service to all my clients as I understand life can become hard outside of sessions so to support you further I am at the end of the phone or laptop away from sessions, (this is by agreement) at a time to suit you, our chats away from session are 15 minutes long.
